This Customer Service and Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MycoSymbiotics, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Company," and the Customer, hereinafter referred to as "Customer."

1. Services Provided

1.1 The Company agrees to provide the Customer with the following services: MycoSymbiosis October 4-6th Calistoga, CA

2. Customer Responsibilities

2.1 The Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for providing accurate information and following any instructions provided by the Company to ensure the successful provision of services.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 The Customer agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the services provided. Payment details and schedule will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

4.1 The Company shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred by the Customer as a result of using or misusing the services provided. The Customer acknowledges that the cultivation and handling of fungi, including but not limited to mushrooms, involve inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury. The Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of these services and hereby releases and discharges the Company, its agents, employees, and representatives from any liability for injury, damage, or loss.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Any materials, information, or resources provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the Company's written consent.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the services provided.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Customer may be responsible for any outstanding fees or expenses.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennslyvania, USA + California, USA without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

10. Modification

10.1 This Agreement may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.
